Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified after the order has been produced. QC Music takes no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made by the customer.
If we have made a mistake with any aspect of your order please contact us and we will of course arrange to send a replacement at no extra cost to yourself.
If your order has arrived damaged, please inform us by email and we will send out a replacement order.
We process all paymemts using the secure global payment system, Paypal. As such, we also use Paypal to handle all refunds. If you have paid with a credit or debit card, your card will be credited with the full amount with 14 days. If you paid directly from your Paypal account, your Paypal account will be credited with the full amount within 10 days. In all cases, we also refund your postage costs in full.
All orders for existing names are sent First Class using Royal Mail, and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Delivery is typically 2 working days after dispatch but can take longer depending on the postal service. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to send out a replacement order. QC Music can make no guarantee with regard to delivery times.
In the case of unique name orders, for which we must record a new CD for a name we don't previously stock, please allow 28 days for delivery. This extra time is due to recording studio availability.
If you have to cancel your order for a special name recording after the payment has been made and order confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. If recording has not taken place then we are happy to offer a full refund. If the album has been recorded by then, we are unable to offer a refund.
For existing CDs, please allow 7-12 working days for delivery to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and 5-10 working days for delivery throughout Europe. We are currently offering a free Let's Play Jazz CD worth £12.95, with each personalised My Lullaby CD ordered. For example, if you order 6 My Lullaby CDs, you get 6 free Let's Play Jazz CDs.

Our payments are processed securely by Paypal. Paypal offers you the facility to make your payment in any currency. Orders paid for using PayPal will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.
If paying by PayPal eCheque - orders will not be dispatched until after the eCheque has cleared - this will add 7-9 working days to your order.
